While at this position, Ms. Peek drafted, reviewed, and negotiated a variety of contracts including licensing, partnership, reseller, and affiliate agreements. She also coordinated legal support from ScheduleOnline’s outside counsel and led the business development team on matters such as press releases, marketing, joint ventures, and licensing of the company’s scheduling software.
